6 Maintenance <br />4. Tighten the impeller screw. <br />If applicable, use the rod. <br />Tightening toque: 65 Nm (48 ft-lbs) <br />Tighten a further 1/8 turn, 45° after tightening to the correct torque. <br />Check that the impeller can rotate freely. <br />5. Mount the pump housing: <br />a) Fit a new lubricated 0-ring into the pump housing. <br />b) Fit the pump housing. <br />c) Fit and tighten the lubricated screws. <br />Tightening torque: 57 Nm (42 ft-lb). <br />Flygt 3102 Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Manual 69 <br />
