<br />Amendment No. 2 to <br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Project No. 2016.0320 <br />Harrison Engineering Inc., for Washington/Chapman RR Crossing Page 1 of 3 <br />AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND <br />HARRISON ENGINEERING INC. <br />FOR <br />WASHINGTON/CHAPMAN RAILROAD GRADE CROSSING IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> <br />This Amendment No. 2 is made by and between the City of San Leandro <br />and Harrison Engineering Inc. as of <br />_____________, 2021, <br />December 7, 2017, between the Parties. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City and Consultant have executed the Agreement, pursuant to which Consultant has <br />provided certain consulting services to City with regard to Washington/Chapman Railroad Grade Crossing <br />Improvements Project, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the Agreement to extend the term. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, the Parties hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br />term from July 31, 2020, to December 31, 2022; and <br /> <br />2. <br />sum not to exceed $60,900; and <br /> <br />3. <br />hereby amended to read: <br />Add the following summary: <br /> Not to Exceed Amount <br />Original Contract Amount $ 43,000 <br />Amendment 1 $ 6,900 <br />Amendment 2 $ 11,000 <br />Total $60,900 <br /> <br /> <br />4.
