UNDERSTANDING <br /> <br />The Annual Street Sealing Project 2019-21 will install approximately and 190,000 SY of micro-Cape (microsurfacing over <br />rubberized chip) plus 130,000 SY of slurry seal. The City entered into a contract with American Pavement Systems, Inc. <br />(“General Contractor”) who will furnish all labor, materials, and equipment required to construct the project. This contract <br />is to provide Material Testing Services as required for the construction of the aforementioned improvements. Inspections <br />are to be performed as required by the project specifications, and by the project manager. <br /> <br /> <br />2.
