City of San Leandro <br />Meeting Date: November 29, 2021 <br />Resolution - Council <br />Agenda Section:File Number:21-648 CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Agenda Number: <br />TO:City Council <br />FROM:Fran Robustelli <br />City Manager <br />BY:Jeanette Dong <br />Recreation and Human Services Director <br />FINANCE REVIEW:Susan Hsieh <br />Finance Director <br />TITLE:RESOLUTION Approving Amendment No. 1 to the Consulting Services <br />Agreement with SEED Collaborative, Inc., to Assist with Site Facilitation of the <br />Steven Taylor Sanctity of Life Memorial Park project (approves proposed scope <br />of work at a cost of $50,000 from Account No. 010-12-020-5120) <br />WHEREAS, an agreement dated December 7, 2020 exists between the City of San <br />Leandro and SEED Collaborative, Inc. for Facilitation Services and Development of an Equity <br />Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the City would like to amend the Consulting Services Agreement with SEED <br />Collaborative, Inc. to Assist with Site Facilitation for the Steven Taylor Sanctity of Life Memorial <br />Park project in the amount of $50,000; and <br />WHEREAS, Amendment No. 1 to the agreement, a copy of which is attached, is <br />presented to the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment to the <br />agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro hereby RESOLVES as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement amendment in the amount of $50,000 is approved and execution by <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized. <br />Page 1 City of San Leandro Printed on 11/24/2021 <br />101
