10.8 Contract Administration. This Agreement shall be administered by Jennifer Auletta, <br />Deputy Public Works Director ("Contract Administrator"). This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which <br />shall be an original and all of which together shall constitute one agreement. <br />10.12 Certification per Iran Contracting Act of 2010.
