City of San Leandro <br />Meeting Date: November 29, 2021 <br />Resolution - Council <br />Agenda Section:File Number:21-655 CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Agenda Number: <br />TO:City Council <br />FROM:Fran Robustelli <br />City Manager <br />BY:Debbie Pollart <br />Public Works Director <br />FINANCE REVIEW:Susan Hsieh <br />Finance Director <br />TITLE:RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council Authorizing the City <br />Manager to Execute Amendment No. 6 with Del Conte’s Landscaping, Inc. for <br />Citywide Median Maintenance and Weed Abatement in City Right-of-Ways in the <br />Amount of $204,987.36 for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro and the Contractor have executed the Agreement, <br />pursuant to which Contractor has provided certain services with regard to median maintenance <br />and weed abatement services; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Agreement to extend the term for one year <br />and increase the service price by 3%; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council hereby RESOLVES as follows: <br />That the following contract amendments are approved: <br />1. Section 1.1 of the Agreement entitled “Terms of Service” is hereby amended to extend <br />the term from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022; and <br />2. Section 2 of the Agreement entitled “Compensation” is hereby amended to pay the <br />Contractor a sum not to exceed $17,082.28 a month for a total of $204,987.36 for Fiscal Year <br />2021-2022; and <br />3.
