City of San Leandro <br />Installation Agreement – Att A <br />Page 16 of 17 <br /> <br />• Provide a system start-up and report indicating system deficiencies. <br />The Scope of Work excludes: <br />• Any repair or replacement of existing control system components. <br /> <br />Mechanical <br /> Replace four (4) packaged HVAC units with new high efficiency units of similar size and capacity. <br />Please refer to the HVAC Mechanical Inventory for equipment size and location. <br /> <br />The Scope of Work includes: <br />• Removal and proper disposal of the existing units per EPA guidelines. <br />• Proper disposal or containment of refrigerant. <br />• Installation of four (4) new packaged units. <br />• Duct/curb modifications needed to install units. <br />• Disconnection/reconnection of the existing electrical and gas service. <br />• Installation of new electrical disconnects. <br />• Protective coil coatings on the new units. <br />• Installation of economizers and MERV 13 filters as per manufacturer’s recommendations. <br />• Disconnection/reconnection of existing condensate drain lines. <br />• Disconnection/reconnection to the existing BAS. <br />• Start-up/testing of the new units. <br />The Scope of Work excludes: <br />• Undisclosed electrical and structural upgrades/modifications. <br /> <br />Pool Circulation Pump <br /> Provide and install a new aquatic management system equipped with a variable frequency drive (VFD) <br />to control the existing Recreation Pool circulation pump. <br /> <br />The Scope of Work includes: <br />• Installation of a new aquatic management system with VFD to control one (1) existing 20 <br />HP pool circulation pump. <br />• The system will work in tandem with the existing filter and chemical controls. <br />• Start-up/testing of the new system. <br />• Final engineering to determine VFD specifications. <br />The Scope of Work excludes: <br />• Undisclosed electrical and structural upgrades/modifications. <br />• Replacement and/or repair of the existing filtration equipment, chemical control systems, <br />and pool heating equipment. <br /> <br />Lighting <br /> Retrofit existing interior T8 fluorescent, T12 fluorescent, CF, and incandescent lighting systems with <br />new high efficiency LED lighting systems. Please see the Lighting Summary in Attachment B for <br />detailed information on lighting scope, quantities, and locations. <br /> <br /> Retrofit existing exterior building-mounted CF lighting systems with new high efficiency LED lighting <br />systems.
