File Number: 21-691 <br />Climatec estimates that in excess of $5 million dollars in operating savings will be realized over <br />the 20-year life of the new equipment. <br />Budget Authority <br />Approval of this current agreement with Climatec requires appropriation of $395,828 from <br />Account 210-18-149-5242 (Building Maintenance Fund), and appropriation of $3,314,916 from <br />American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Account 190-17-815-5240. The City Council recently <br />provided direction to staff on the list of ARPA programs/projects, indicating $1,900,000 in Fiscal <br />Year 22 and $1,900,000 in Fiscal Year 23. At the time the ARPA list was formulated, staff and <br />Climatec were still working on final project numbers.
