RESOLUTION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO.2021-164 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND KOFF & ASSOCIATES, A DIVISION OF GALLAGHER BENEFIT SERVICES, INC. FOR THE CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION STUDY WHEREAS, the Amendment to the Consulting Services Agreement between the City of San Leandro and Koff & Associates, a division of Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. for a Classification and Compensation Study, a copy of which is attached, is presented to this Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: That said Amendment to Agreement at the amount stated in the staff report that increases the total amount of compensation to $59,360 is hereby approved, and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
