DocuSign Envelope ID: 3C2D3BBB-9622-434A-9243-AF02B243E3A3 <br />2.2.6 .Haling or stunted trees which fail to meet expected growth will <br />receive additional nutrient treatments to correct any deficiencies <br />or be removed and replaced in kind (subject to the Golf Course <br />Operations Manager's approval). <br />2.2.7 Surface roots which become maintenance or appearance problems <br />will be removed as required to prevent damage to adjacent areas. <br />2.2.8 Any tree requiring removal shall be replaced by the Operator. In <br />the event the tree is removed to provide air circulation for the <br />turfgrass or other valid purpose intended to improve playing <br />conditions, then such removal shall not require a new tree being <br />replaced, subject to the approval of the Golf Course Operations <br />Manager. <br />2.2.9 The Operator shall develop and implement a reforestation plan <br />for adding trees and/or replacing aging trees. This plan shall have <br />the prior approval of the Golf Course Operations Manager. <br />2.2.10 All palm trees are to be trimmed a minimum of once annually to <br />ensure that all dead fonds and/or seed pods are removed at the <br />discretion of the Golf Course Operations Manager as certain <br />palm trees throughout the property are to be maintained with <br />skirts. <br />2.2.11 A tree spraNring program is to be developed by the Operator and <br />approved by the Golf Course Operations Manager.
