DocuSign Envelope ID: 3C2D3BBB-9622-434A-9243-AF02B243E3A3 <br />2.6 PEST CONTROL ON PLANT MATERLALS <br />2.6.1 The Operator shall provide complete and continuous control <br />and/or eradication of .all plant pests or disease. <br />2.6.2 The Operator shall supply the proper chemical designated for the <br />pest to be controlled with all applications made by licensed <br />applicators. <br />2.6.3 Operator shall obtain all necessary regulatory permits and assume <br />responsibility and liability for use of all chemical controls. <br />2.7 IRRIGATION SYSTEM <br />2.7.1 Efficient User of Water <br />2.7.1.1 The watering schedule will be established and <br />programmed by the Operator. Application rates will <br />be based on the amount of water the areas require to <br />properly irrigate all plant material while eliminating <br />excessive runoff. <br />Any repairs, modifications, system enhancements, <br />maintenance agreements with sub -contractors or other <br />adjustments to the irrigation system, or any of their <br />respective field components, must be submitted in <br />advance for approval by the Golf Course Operations <br />Exhibit E — Maintenance Standards June 1, 2020 <br />City of San Leandro and American Golf Corporation Page 12 of 45 <br />
