DocuSign Envelope ID: 3C2D3BBB-9622-434A-9243-AF02B243E3A3 <br />appropriate for the local twAronment. <br />The successful contractor shall be required, twice annually, to have an <br />inspection and audit of its turf management practices performed by a <br />Regional U.S.G.A. representative and the City's Golf Course Operations <br />Manager. The costs for this inspection shall be borne by the successful <br />operator. A copy of the findings shall be supplied to the City's Golf Course <br />Operations Manager for purposes of follow-up on any deficiencies noted <br />in the report. <br />Turf is to be maintained utilizing sound agronomic and turf management <br />standards such as fertilizing, irrigation, aerifying, topdressing, pest <br />control, de -thatching, mowing, soil amending, shoot and root rejuvenation, <br />and drainage control, in an effort to maintain the highest quality turf <br />possible within reasonable limits, and not impact undue stress upon the <br />plant materials. <br />Care must be exercised during all maintenance and mowing operations to <br />prevent damage to all areas both within and adjacent to the property. <br />This is to include, but not be limited to, sprinkler heads, controllers, <br />electrical boxes, lighting fixtures, plant materials, buildings and structures, <br />passing vehicles, and all private property. Alternate mowing patterns are <br />to be established to insure the elimination or potential of wheel ruts by <br />maintenance vehicles.
