RESOLUTION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2022-006 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL <br />ACCEPTING THE ANNUAL REPORT ON RECEIPT AND USE OF DEVELOPMENT <br />IMPACT FEES FOR YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2021 <br />WHEREAS, legal requirements for enacting development impact fees are set forth in the <br />California Government Code, and <br />WHEREAS, the Government Code requires an annual accounting of all development <br />impact fees at the close of the fiscal year, and <br />WHEREAS, the attached report presents revenues, expenditures, and fund balances for <br />City development impact fee funds. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does hereby RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />The City Council reviewed and considered data contained in the Annual Report and by <br />this reference incorporated herein, and <br />Pursuant to Section 66006 of the Government Code, the City Council does hereby accept <br />the accounting records covering the collection of all development fees for street improvement <br />(DFSI) and park development fees, refunds, interest earnings, other income, and expenditures for <br />2020-2021. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Aguilar and passed and adopted this 4"' day of January <br />2022, by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Aguilar, Azevedo, Ballew, Cox, Lopez, Simon, Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: <br />Leticia I. lMiguel, Cia Cle <br />
