RESOLUTION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2022-008 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONSULTING <br />SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ACCOUNTING PRINCIPALS FOR FINANCIAL <br />SERVICES AT THE POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City in accordance with its purchasing provisions has identified <br />Accounting Principals to provide financial staff support services; and <br />WHEREAS, the City wishes to enter into an agreement with Accounting Principals for <br />said work; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the terms of the agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does hereby <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />l . That the terms of the agreement will be memorialized in writing by the City <br />Manager, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and <br />2. That the City Manager is authorized to execute said agreement; and <br />3.
