The following uses are allowed in the DA-4 District, <br />subject to the approval of a conditional use permit. (Certain uses are subject to special <br />requirements and/or limitations, as prescribed following the individual use classification.) <br />1. Accessory uses when in conjunction with a conditionally permitted use. <br />2. Assembly Uses. <br />3. Bed and Breakfast Inns. (Subject to the regulations of Section 4.04.348 Bed and Breakfast <br />Inns.) <br />4. Brewpubs. <br />5. Cultural Institutions. <br />6. Fast Food Establishments, Small Scale. (Subject to Section 4.04.200 Fast Food <br />Establishments.) <br />7. Group Housing. <br />8. Home Improvement and Interior Decoration. <br />9. Industrial Uses. (Pre-existing industrial uses shall not be considered nonconforming and <br />may continue. Expansion up to 25 percent may be considered with a conditional use <br />permit.) <br />10. Industry, Custom. <br />11. Neighborhood/Specialty Food Markets. (Single tenants 10,000 sf in size or less only.) <br />12. Park and Recreation Facilities, Private Noncommercial. <br />13. Public Safety Facilities. <br />14. Restaurants, Full -Service. <br />15. Retail Sales. <br />16. Retail Services. <br />17. Schools, Public or Private. <br />18.
