Objective Development Standards <br />City Council Draft Code Amendments <br />MAXIMUM WALL LENGTH AND REQUIRED BREAK <br />(THE DIAGRAM IS ILLUSTRATIVE) <br />2.08.332 Density for Multi -Family Residential and Mixed -Use Residential Development <br />A. Density for Multi -Family Residential and Mixed -Use Residential Development. The minimum and <br />maximum density for residential and mixed -use development is as prescribed below, except that in <br />the Corridor Mixed Use (CMX) General Plan Land Use Designation, maximum residential density in <br />this category is dictated by applicable floor area ratio (FAR) limits rather than limits on dwelling units <br />per acre.
