Individual Entrances. All units accessed through ground level individual <br />entrances from the exterior shall provide a minimum of one primary <br />individual entranceway per unit in accordance with the following <br />standards. <br />(1) The primary entranceway shall be emphasized with a projection <br />(such as a porch) or recess with a minimum depth of three feet <br />and a minimum area of nine square feet. <br />(2) In buildings located within 20 feet of a front or street side lot line, <br />all individually accessed units located along a public right-of-way <br />shall have a primary entranceway oriented to and facing a right- <br />of-way. <br />A-51 <br />
