City of San Leandro <br />A-22 <br />Section 2.08.260 SA-1 District—Use Regulations <br />A. SA-1 District—Permitted Uses. The following uses are allowed in the SA-1 District, and a conditional <br />use permit is not required, for tenant spaces up to 25,000 square feet. Spaces in excess of 25,000 <br />square feet can be allowed through the approval of a conditional use permit. (Certain uses are <br />subject to special requirements and/or limitations, as prescribed following the individual use <br />classification.) <br />1. Accessory uses, other than entertainment events, when in conjunction with a permitted <br />use. <br />2. Animal Sales. <br />3. Artists’ Studios. <br />4. Brewpubs. <br />5. Business and Trade Schools. <br />6. Business Services. <br />7. Cafés. (Subject to Section 2.08.272 Additional Use Restrictions: Commercial and <br />Professional Districts.) <br />8. Communications Facilities. <br />9. Financial Institutions, Retail. <br />10. Government Offices. <br />11. Health and Fitness Centers. <br />12. Instruction and Improvement Services. <br />13. Medical Supply Stores. <br />14. Mixed-Use Residential. <br />15. Multi-Family Residential with no residential units on the ground floor on parcels fronting <br />East 14th Street. <br />16. Neighborhood/Specialty Food Markets. <br />17. Offices, Business and Professional. <br />18. Pharmacies. <br />19. Restaurants, Full-Service.
