Objective Development Standards <br />City Council Draft Code Amendments <br />A-57 <br /> <br />FAÇADE DETAILING: BLANK WALL LIMITATION <br /> <br />b. Exterior Building Colors and Materials. <br />i. Each façade shall have three or more colors and three or more materials. <br />ii. The following materials are prohibited. <br />(1) Vinyl siding <br />(2) T-111 plywood siding <br />(3) Exterior Insulation Finishing System (EIFS) <br />B. Space Requirements. <br />1. Ground Floor Height, Nonresidential Uses. The minimum ground floor height for <br />nonresidential uses is 16 feet measured floor to floor. <br />2. Ground Floor Height, Residential Uses. The minimum ground floor height for residential <br />uses is 10 feet measured floor to floor. <br />3. Tenant Space Depth, Nonresidential Uses. Nonresidential ground floor interior tenant <br />spaces shall be a minimum of 60 feet in depth for a minimum of half of the width of the <br />tenant space and a minimum of 40 feet in depth elsewhere, except as exempted by the <br />Zoning Enforcement Official through an Administrative Exception per Chapter 5.06 on <br />small or constrained sites. <br />4. Required Amenities. Amenities that enhance the livability of the project and are not <br />required elsewhere in this Chapter shall be provided. An Administrative Exception per <br />Chapter 5.06 may be approved to allow alternative amenities that are comparable in value <br />and benefit to residents. Projects shall include at least four of the following amenities. <br />a. Conference room. <br />582
