Review and Approval Authority. The Zoning Enforcement Official shall be the decision-maker, <br />unless the Zoning Enforcement Official defers action to the Board of Zoning Adjustments. The <br />Zoning Enforcement Official or Board of Zoning Adjustments shall approve, conditionally approve <br />or deny the requested Master Sign Program/Sign Exception. The decision-maker may require any <br />reasonable conditions necessary to carry out the intent of this section. <br />E. Appeals. A decision by either the Zoning Enforcement Official or by the Board of Zoning <br />Adjustments may be appealed pursuant to the requirements of Chapter 5.20 Appeals. <br />597
