February 7, 2022City Council Minutes <br />12.A.22-057 Staff Report for a City of San Leandro City Council Motion to Adopt the <br />Timeline, Criteria and Outreach Plan for City Council Redistricting <br />(reviews, discusses and adopts the criteria, timeline and community <br />outreach plan for the 2022 Council redistricting) <br />Public Comment was received by Jim Prola and Ginny Madsen. <br />Received and Filed. <br />22-058 MOTION: Motion Adopting the Criteria, Timeline and Community <br />Outreach Plan for the 2022 Council Redistricting as Outlined in the <br />Associated Staff Report. <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Cox, seconded by Councilmember <br />Azevedo, that this Minute Order be Adopted. The motion carried by the <br />following vote. <br />Aye:Aguilar, Azevedo, Ballew, Cox, Lopez, Simon, Cutter7 - <br />Enactment No: Min Order 2022-007 <br />COUNCIL REQUESTS TO SCHEDULE AGENDA ITEMS13. <br />-A motion was made by Councilmember Lopez, seconded by Mayor Cutter to schedule <br />a discussion for developing a timeline for a 10-year plan for transitioning to hybrid fleet <br />vehicles and then to all electric. <br />Roll call was taken as follows: <br />Aye: Aguilar, Azevedo, Ballew, Cox, Lopez, Simon, Mayor Cutter <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />-A motion was made by Councilmember Simon, seconded by Councilmember Aguilar <br />to add to the priority list, to expand on the city parking study by scheduling a study of <br />ADA Accessible parking for public and private spaces, and evaluating how this fits <br />into the City’s parking plan, and to come back to a Priority Work Session. <br />Roll call was taken as follows: <br />Aye: Aguilar, Azevedo, Ballew, Cox, Lopez, Simon, Mayor Cutter <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />CITY COUNCIL REPORTS14. <br />City Councilmembers reported on attendance at intergovernmental agency meetings, <br />conferences, and seminars since the last meeting. <br />ADJOURN15. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:50 p.m. <br />Page 7City of San Leandro
