File Number: 22-090 <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment to the <br />agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council RESOLVES as follows: <br />That cumulative contract amendments up to a maximum of $62,212, which is 25% of the <br />original contract amount, are approved and the City Manager or her designee is authorized to <br />complete negotiations of the contract amendments up to that amount; and <br />That said Amendment No. 2 is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized. <br />Page 2 City of San Leandro Printed on 3/16/2022
