This plan will begin the process of eliminating fatal and <br />serious injury crashes and protect bicyclists and pedestrians in San Leandro. As you’d expect, many of these <br />incidents go unreported to SLPD, partly because it has been so difficult to file a report with them and partly <br />because getting hit by a car is so traumatizing. I recall one cyclist reporting, to BPAC, his own experience of <br />getting hit and seriously inured on Estudillo. He didn’t report it, he said; he just wanted to get home.
