Priorities Exercise Rules <br />Item Removal Opportunity: <br />1. Each Councilmember given 5 votes to remove an item from each sheet <br />2.Items that receive 4 or more votes removed from next exercise <br />Each Council Member will prioritize within the categories and be provided the following votes: <br />a.3 votes for referral items in the top two categories <br />b.2 votes for referral items in the middle two categories <br />c.1 vote for the referral items in the final four categories <br />Please Note: COVID Recovery is not included in the category voting. <br />City must do this work or risk the loss of ARPA funds.
