Project Services, Work and Delivery Dates <br />Project initiation date and milestone schedule: February 2022 – June 2023 <br />Services February 2022: Vendor will undertake the following <br />Deliverables to Company: <br />Vendor shall provide the following in February 2022: a) <br />Registration of insurance through the “PINSAdvantge” link <br />provided by Company; b) Create “Call for Art”; c) Gain approval <br />of “Call for Art” with Company. <br />Services February 2022: Vendor will undertake the following <br />Deliverables to Company: <br /> <br /> <br />Vendor shall provide the following in February 2022: a) Publish <br />the “Call for Art”, seeking submissions of out-of-doors artwork <br />for the Hesperian Triangle at 14th & 150th St. San Leandro, CA; <br />b) Extensive outreach for the “Call for Art” will be performed via <br />social media, direct email, government and private websites, <br />and word of mouth. <br />Services April 2022: Vendor will undertake the following <br />Deliverables to Company: <br /> <br />Vendor shall provide the following in April 2022: a) Compiled list <br />of all applicants of “Call for Art” with an image list of artwork that <br />details artwork of title, medium, dimensions, and value; c) <br />Present findings to Company; d) Finalize artwork to be installed; <br />e) Final inspection surveying selected artwork with engineers <br />approval; f) Fabricate mounting structure if required of artwork <br />(this may lead into June 2020); g) Insure artwork under Vendors <br />insurance coverage. <br />Services May 2022: Vendor will undertake the following <br />Deliverables to Company: <br /> <br />Vendor shall provide the following in May 2022: a) Transport <br />selected artwork to San Leandro at the Hesperian Triangle; b) <br />Install artwork in selected area; c) Coordinate with Company for <br />unveiling of installed artwork. <br />Services May 2023: Vendor will undertake the following <br />Deliverables to Company: <br /> <br />Vendor shall provide the following in May 2023: a) Coordinate <br />with artist and company the deaccession of artwork from the <br />Hesperian Triangle. <br />Services June 2023: Vendor will undertake the following <br />Deliverables to Company: <br /> <br />Vendor shall provide the following in June 2023: a) Remove <br />artwork and transport it to the care of artist(s) or owner; b) <br />terminate this SOW of time of completion. <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: FAB9A06B-1D2A-4FEB-8806-68F6F2273B2F
