I can't do anything with the ZEV mandate passed last May, but banning <br />new gasoline vehicles, which lets car dealers sell as many ZEV's as they can or want, permits selling any type of <br />powered vehicle as long as it not gasoline (or diesel). I believe I can get some national publicity for San Leandro <br />with such a ban, and I'll spend my own money to do it. Won't cost the city anything.
