March 21, 2022City Council Minutes <br />22-116 RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Approve Parcel <br />Map 11257 for 3081 & 3089 Teagarden Street. Owner: DS Real <br />Property Investors LLC Subdivider and Applicant: Davis Street <br />Community Center <br />Adopted on the Consent Calendar. <br />Enactment No: Reso 2022-046 <br />Item 9.F. was removed from the Consent Calendar to Item 10, Items Removed from <br />Consent Calendar <br />ITEMS REMOVED FROM CONSENT CALENDAR10. <br />9.f.22-163 Staff Report for a City of San Leandro Council Resolution Authorizing the <br />City Manager to execute an agreement with The Matrix Consulting Group <br />to develop the San Leandro Police Department Needs Assessment, in <br />an amount not to exceed $86,500; and to negotiate and approve change <br />orders up to a cumulative value not to exceed 10% ($8,650.00) of the <br />original contract amount <br />22-162 RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council Approving and <br />Authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with The Matrix <br />Consulting Group to develop a San Leandro Police Department Needs <br />Assessment, in an amount not to exceed $86,500; and to negotiate and <br />approve contract amendments up to a cumulative value not to exceed <br />10% ($8,650.00) of the original contract amount. <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lopez, seconded by Councilmember <br />Cox, that this Resolution - Council be Adopted.
