Mayor asks City Clerk to explain how Hybrid Public Comments will be heard at today’s meeting. <br />[CLERK] After each agenda item is presented, the Mayor will ask for Council comments and then open it up for public comment. <br />The Mayor will first take public comment from those participating in-person, then move on to members of the public participating via Zoom. If you wish to provide public comment and are <br /> attending the meeting in-person, please fill out a speaker card and place it in the speaker card box. If you are on zoom, when the Mayor announces Public Comment, please raise your <br /> hand, or if calling in from a phone please press *9 to raise your hand. You will have ___ minute(s) for your comment, a countdown timer will appear for the convenience of the speaker <br /> and viewers. The first speaker will be acknowledged and invited to speak.
