All use, maintenance and nondiscrimination covenants contained in the Loan <br />Agreement shall remain in effect and enforceable in accordance with the Loan Agreement. This <br />Certificate does not constitute evidence of Owner’s compliance with those covenants in the Loan <br />Agreement that survive the issuance of this Certificate, including without limitation, compliance <br />with the Affordable Housing Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of Restrictive Covenants <br />entered into pursuant to the Loan Agreement and recorded in the Official Records as Instrument <br />No. __________ <br /> <br /> 3. This Certificate does not constitute evidence of compliance with or satisfaction of <br />any obligation of Owner to any holder of a deed of trust securing money loaned to finance the <br />development of the Property, Improvements or any part thereof and does not constitute a notice <br />of completion under California Civil Code Section 3093. <br /> <br /> 4.
