IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2022-071 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO <br />APPROVE FISCAL YEAR 2023 PROPOSED PROJECTS PAID FROM THE STATE'S <br />ROAD MAINTENANCE AND REHABILITATION ACCOUNT TO CITY'S GAS TAX <br />FUND (152-31-057) FOR STREETS MAINTENANCE <br />WHEREAS, in order for the City to receive future anticipated Road Maintenance and <br />Rehabilitation Account funds from the State pursuant to SB 1, the City must annually submit a <br />list of proposed projects, which is in the staff report, was presented to this City Council, and is <br />made a part hereof, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the list of projects provided; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said projects list. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council hereby RESOLVES as <br />follows: <br />• That said list of proposed streets and roads maintenance projects and equipment provided <br />in the staff report associated with the approval of this resolution is approved, and that such <br />staff report shall be attached to and made a part hereof. <br />• The State funds will be used in accordance with statute. <br />• The City will abide by the mandated eligibility and reporting requirements. <br />• The City Manager (or their designee) is authorized to make all approvals and take all <br />actions necessary or appropriate to carry out and implement the intent of this Resolution. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Aguilar and passed and adopted this 161h day of May 2022, <br />by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Aguilar, Azevedo, Ballew, Cox, Lopez, Simon, Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: ./MA, 9 <br />Kelly B. lancy, Acting Ci Clerk <br />
