Establish a maximum of 0.5 spaces per residential unit. <br />Require 15% electric vehicle (EV) charging spaces <br />Require a minimum of one bicycle parking space per unit <br />Citywide: Include carshare parking spaces as an amenity option in Section 4.04.336.B.4, Required Amenities <br /> <br />The above changes have been incorporated into the Draft Code Amendments for the Council’s consideration <br /> <br />Council may wish to decouple and defer the automobile parking amendments.
