Objective Development Standards <br />City Council Draft Code Amendments <br />A-75 <br /> <br />ROOFLINE OFFSETS <br />(DIAGRAM IS ILLUSTRATIVE) <br />ii. Where parapets are provided, the minimum 18-inch offset in height <br />required above may be substituted by an offset of at least 18 inches in <br />depth. All parapets shall provide returns of at least six feet in depth at the <br />end of the parapet face to avoid a false front appearance. <br />c. Façade Articulation.
