Objective Development Standards <br />City Council Draft Code Amendments <br />A-97 <br />modifications are consistent with the style and character of existing signs on the site and <br />adjacent property, and will not be readily visible from an R district. <br /> <br />Section 4.12.120 Master Sign Programs and Sign Exceptions <br />D. Review and Approval Authority. The Zoning Enforcement Official shall be the decision-maker, <br />unless the Zoning Enforcement Official defers action to the Site Development Sub- <br />CommissionBoard of Zoning Adjustments. The Zoning Enforcement Official or Site Development <br />Sub-CommissionBoard of Zoning Adjustments shall approve, conditionally approve or deny the <br />requested Master Sign Program/Sign Exception. The decision-maker may require any reasonable <br />conditions necessary to carry out the intent of this section. <br />E. Appeals. A decision by either the Zoning Enforcement Official or by the Site Development Sub- <br />CommissionBoard of Zoning Adjustments may be appealed to the Board of Zoning Adjustments <br />pursuant to the requirements of Chapter 5.20 Appeals. <br />146
