A maximum of .5 parking spaces per unit may be provided per the Planning <br />Commission's recommendation to City Council. The allowance of unbundled flex parking <br />of .25 to .5 spaces/unit at the developer’s option in the DA District is proposed to be <br />removed. These changes are shown in the following tables.
