City of San Leandro <br />12 <br />District Regulations <br />Residential Districts <br />A new RM-875 District is proposed to implement the General Plan High Density Residential <br />land use category, which currently does not have a corresponding Zoning District. There are <br />no other proposed changes to the Residential District development standards. <br />Misc. Design standards specific to multi-family housing development types are modified and <br />relocated into a new set of standards that apply to all multi-family and mixed-use housing <br />throughout the City, described under Citywide Standards, above. Other revisions are <br />proposed to eliminate redundancies, remove obsolete provisions, and consolidate and <br />standardize processes for Administrative Exceptions and Site Plan Review described under <br />Administrative Provisions, below. <br />Commercial and Professional Districts <br />The draft amendments include modifications to the downtown (DA) and South Area (SA) <br />district standards identified in Figure 1 below. No changes are proposed to the NA, CC, CN, <br />CR, CS, or P district development standards. <br />Figure 1 DA and SA Districts <br /> <br />44
