As incorporated into this AGREEMENT, (i) the term “Air District” in the policies shall be <br />deemed to mean and refer to BAAQMD, (ii) “Program Manager” shall be deemed to mean and refer to <br />ALAMEDA CTC, and (iii) “GRANTEE” shall be deemed to mean and refer to SPONSOR. <br /> <br />334
