IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO.2022-104 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 1 FOR $973,575 TO THE INSTALLATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND CLIMATEC, LLC TO INCLUDE REPLACEMENT OF THE HVAC SYSTEM AT THE SENIOR COMMUNITY CENTER, REALLOCATING $600,000 FROM ARPA ACCOUNT 190-17-801-5240 (CITY BUILDING MAJOR MAINTENANCE) FOR FISCAL YEAR 21-22, AND REALLOCATING $373,525 FROM ACCOUNT 210-18-147-5240 (CITY BUILDING MAJOR MAINTENANCE) FROM FISCAL YEAR 19-20 TO FISCAL YEAR 22-23 WHEREAS, on December 13, 2021, the City Council authorized the City Manager to enter into an Installation Agreement between the City of San Leandro and Climatec, LLC, for energy -efficiency and resiliency projects located in various City buildings; and WHEREAS, the City desires to now include replacement of the Senior Community Center's HVAC system as part of the Climatec Installation Agreement; and WHEREAS, ARPA and Building Maintenance funding had previously been set aside for this project and would be reallocated; and WHEREAS, all other conditions of the 2021 Installation Agreement remain in effect; and WHEREAS the City Council is familiar with the contents of the Amendment No. l; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council hereby RESOLVES as follows: 1. That said Amendment No. 1 to the Installation Agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and 2. Reallocating $600,000 from ARPA Account 190-17-801-5240 (City Building Major Maintenance) for Fiscal Year 21-22, and reallocation of $373,525 from Account 210-18- 147-5240 (City Building Major Maintenance) from Fiscal Year 19-20 to Fiscal Year 22-23 is authorized.
