AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND FRANCES ROBUSTELLI <br /> <br />For good and valuable consideration the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the <br />City of San Leandro and Frances Robustelli mutually agree to amend Frances Robustelli’s <br />current employment agreement as follows: <br /> <br />A. Effective June 1, 2022, City Manager’s current annual salary shall increase by 3%. <br /> <br />B. Section 4.a., Term, is amended so that the term of the Agreement shall be five years <br />from when it was initially executed. <br /> <br />C. Section 7.b, Vacation Leave, shall be amended in its entirety to read as follows, <br />“Manager shall accrue vacation leave and vacation time carry-over in accordance with the <br />current San Leandro Management Organization (SLMO) MOU. Effective June 1, 2022 until <br />December 31, 2022, and for every year thereafter during the remainder of the Term, <br />Manager’s vacation shall be 5 weeks per year. Manager is permitted to sell back unused <br />vacation as provided in the SLMO MOU.” <br /> <br />D. Section 10. , Performance Evaluation, is hereby amended to add the following sentence, <br />“City commits to perform a City Manager salary survey by November 30, 2022.” <br /> <br />E.
