..Title RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Approve Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Agreements for FY 2022-2023 Between the City of San Leandro and CDBG Sub-Recipients for Public Services Grants to the Child Abuse Listening, Interviewing, and Coordination Center (CALICO) for $22,552; Davis Street Family Resource Center for $33,812; Service Opportunities for Seniors, Inc. (SOS/Meals On Wheels) for $33,812; Spectrum Community Services (San Leandro Senior Nutrition Program) for $24,064; (ECHO Housing) for $10,000 (Approves 5 Agreements Totaling $124,240) ..Body WHEREAS, the final Annual Action Plan (referred to hereinafter as “the Plan”) was adopted on June 21, 2022 by Resolution No. 2022-___ reflecting the activities that the City plans to fund and implement during FY 2022-2023; and WHEREAS, CDBG public services agreements between the City of San Leandro and Child Abuse Listening, Interviewing, and Coordination Center (CALICO); Davis Street Family Resource Center; Service Opportunities for Seniors, Inc. (SOS/ Meals on Wheels); Spectrum Community Services (San Leandro Senior Nutrition Program); and Eden Council for Hope and Opportunity Housing (ECHO Housing) are presented to the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreements. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: That said agreements are hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized for the CDBG public services grant amounts of $22,552 for CALICO; $33,812 for Davis Street Family Resource Center; $33,812 for SOS/Meals on Wheels; $24,064 for Spectrum Community Services; and $10,000 for ECHO Housing fair housing services, as further provided in the associated staff report.
