<br />5. An FA will contact at least 70% of caregivers by phone post-interview to providing ongoing <br />intervention, information and support. <br /> <br />6. At least 50% of caregivers contacted by telephone will report that their child is enrolled in <br />counseling. <br /> <br />7. At least 75% of caregivers will indicate a favorable response to their child’s treatment at CALICO. <br /> <br />8. CALICO will track the number of COVID-19-impacted cases to assess the pandemic’s impact on <br />child abuse caseloads. <br /> <br />TIMELINES <br /> <br />Given the crisis-oriented nature of the work, services may vary from quarter to quarter. <br /> <br />Approximate timelines are as follows: <br /> <br />By September 30, 2022, CALICO will have: <br />• Conducted 8 forensic interviews with abused San Leandro toddlers, children, and <br />adolescents and adults living with developmental disabilities <br />• Provided on-site support to 6 caregivers of those victims <br />• Contacted 5 caregivers by phone for follow-up support <br /> <br />By December 31, 2022, CALICO will have: <br />• Conducted 16 forensic interviews with abused San Leandro toddlers, children, and <br />adolescents and adults living with developmental disabilities <br />• Provided on-site support to 12 caregivers of those victims <br />• Contacted 10 caregivers by phone for follow-up support <br /> <br />By March 31, 202 3, CALICO will have: <br />• Conducted 25 forensic interviews with abused San Leandro toddlers, children, and <br />adolescents and adults living with developmental disabilities <br />• Provided on-site support to 18 caregivers of those victims <br />• Contacted 16 caregivers by phone for follow-up support <br /> <br />By June 30, 2023, CALICO will have: <br />• Conducted 33 forensic interviews with abused San Leandro toddlers, children, and <br />adolescents and adults living with developmental disabilities <br />• Provided on-site support to 24 caregivers of those victims <br />• Contacted 22 caregivers by phone for follow-up support <br /> <br />REPORTS AND MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br />1. Agency must submit Quarterly Reports via City Data Services online portal within 15 days of <br />the end of the each quarter. The Quarterly Reports shall reflect the number of persons <br />served, and shall also include a narrative section. The reports shall be submitted even if <br />there are no specific numbers to report, and the narrative report should describe why no <br />specific numbers are reported. <br /> <br />2. CALICO will include in Fourth Quarter Report an assessment of whether there was an overall
