..Title <br />RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Approve a Consulting Services <br />Agreement for $100,000 of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Fiscal Year <br />2022-2023 Funds Between the City of San Leandro and Rebuilding Together Oakland East <br />Bay for the Provision of Minor Home Repair Grants. <br /> <br />..Body <br />WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Rebuilding <br />Together Oakland East Bay, attached and incorporated herein, was presented to this City <br />Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. That said agreement with Rebuilding Together Oakland East Bay is hereby <br />approved and CDBG funds are hereby authorized in the amount of $100,000 <br />for the Minor Home Repair Grant Program. <br /> <br />2. That said agreement shall include grants for minor home repair, mobile <br />home repair, accessibility, exterior paint, exterior yard clean -up, and <br />seismic strengthening and shall include $28,000 for Program Administration <br />in account 165-43-232-5120 and $72,000 for grants in account 165-43-232- <br />8501. <br /> <br />3. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute all agreements to <br />effect this Resolution.
