IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 2022- RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL APPROVING PROPOSED ADJUSTMENTS TO THE 2021-2022 AND 2022-2023 GENERAL FUND, SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS, ENTERPRISE FUNDS, AND THE INTERNAL SERVICE FUNDS BUDGETS WHEREAS, the City Council approves annual budgets based on best revenue and expenditure information available at the time the budgets are prepared, and WHEREAS, budget adjustments are required at the mid-budget cycle of the biennial budget incorporating necessary changes, that require additional budget appropriations or re- appropriations between budget line-items, and WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 General Fund, Special Revenue Funds, Enterprise Fund, and Internal Service Funds budgets on June 28, 2021, and WHEREAS, there are no budget adjustments to the Public Financing Authority Fund or the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro Fund, and WHEREAS, the City Council Finance Committee reviewed the proposed adjusted budgets and adjusted revenue and expenditure appropriations on June 7, 2022. NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council hereby RESOLVES as follows: The proposed adjustments to the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 General Fund, Special Revenue Funds, Enterprise Funds, and Internal Service Funds and adjusted revenue and expenditure appropriations as provided and described in the staff report and exhibits attached hereto and made a part hereof are approved, and the City Manager is authorized to take all actions necessary to effect the intent of this Resolution.
