The City's minimum wage was raised to $12.00 in
2017, $13.00 in 2018, $14.00 in 2019, and $15.00 in 2020. All part-time classifications on the
salary schedule received wage increases to incorporate the minimum wage increases and adjust
for compaction between classifications.
Analysis
The last minimum wage and salary adjustment for non -represented part-time was effective July 1,
2020. The salary schedule is also revised to accommodate departmental
staffing needs, including the creation of a Library Aide classification, and compaction
Page 1 City of San Leandro Printed on 6/15/2022
