IN THE SAN LEANDRO PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY <br />OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2005-001 PFA (2735) <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING SAN LEANDRO PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY <br />BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005 - 2006 AND APPROPRIATING ALL <br />REVENUE THEREFOR <br />The San Leandro Public Financing Authority of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the 2005 - 2006 budget of the San Leandro Public Financing Authority, a copy which <br />is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, is hereby adopted and all amounts stated <br />herein are appropriated to the purposes therein specified for fiscal year 2005 - 2006. <br />Introduced by Authority Member Badger and passed and adopted this 20t' day of June, <br />2005, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Authority: <br />AYES: Members Badger, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; Chair Young (5) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSTAIN: Member Starosciak (1) <br />ABSENT: Member Grant (1) <br />ATTEST: I <br />Marian Handa, Authority Secretary <br />
