CITY COUNCIL OF SAN LEANDRO <br />MINUTE ORDER <br />NO. 2003-033 <br />SUBJECT: Matter of PLN2002-00093; Rezone from CC Community Commercial to <br />CC -Planned Development Overlay district (PD) and RM-3000 PD; Planned <br />Development Overlay district; Planned Development and an Initial Study <br />and Mitigated Negative Declaration for a proposed mixed -use project <br />located at 1057 MacArthur Boulevard (former Evergreen Nursery site).
