CITY COUNCIL OF SAN LEANDRO <br />MINUTE ORDER <br />NO.2004-002 <br />SUBJECT: Matter of PLN2003-00046; Rezoning and Planned Development for <br />Live/Work (Mixed -Use) Development at 265, 289, and 295 Park Street. <br />Two-story buildings for live/work occupancy would be developed at 289 <br />and 295 Park Street. An existing warehouse building at 265 Park Street <br />would be retained. The site would be rezoned from IL Industrial Limited <br />District to IL(PD) Industrial Limited, Planned Development Overlay <br />District. Assessor's Parcel Number 75-224-2-2; M. Grindley (applicant <br />and property owner). <br />MEETING DATE: February 2, 2004 <br />Minute Order No. 2004-002, Motion Approving the Planned Development PLN2003-00046; <br />for Live/Work (Mixed -Use) Development at 265, 289, and 295 Park Street. Two-story buildings <br />for live/work occupancy would be developed at 289 and 295 Park Street. An existing warehouse <br />building at 265 Park Street would be retained.
