Attachment B <br />Permitted/Conditionally Permitted Uses Proposed as part of the Planned <br />Development for Bayside Business Park <br />This first list shows a . `clean' version of the permitted/conditionally <br />permitted/administrative uses proposed for the Planned Development. The second list is <br />a repeat of Attachment A, with str*eeut and t TfEs that visually depict the <br />deletions/additions proposed for the Planned Development. Please refer to Section 1- <br />304 of the Zoning Code for definition of all uses. <br />A. Planned Development Permitted Uses. <br />1. Accessory uses, other than Entertainment Activities, when in conjunction with a <br />permitted use. <br />2. Ambulance Services. [If the proposed use is located within one thousand (1,000) feet <br />of either an R District or the boundaries of a site occupied by a public or private <br />school or park and recreation facility, a use permit shall be required.] <br />3. Food Processing, Limited. <br />11. Health and Fitness Centers. <br />12, Home Improvement and Interior Decoration. <br />13. Industry, Custom. <br />14. Industry, Limited. (Includes manufacturing and/or packaging of finished or "value- <br />added" products from recycled materials). <br />15. Industry, Research and Development. <br />16. Laboratories. <br />17. Maintenance and Repair Services. <br />18. Medical Supply Stores. (Wholesale only). <br />19. Offices, Business and Professional (limited to a maximum of 15,000 square feet [not <br />counting ancillary offices associated with an industrial use]). <br />20.
