V. <br />.017625 <br />MAINTENAJNCE <br />A. The site shall be adequately watered to eliminate any dust from this <br />operation being detectable beyond the boundaries of the site. <br />B. The applicant shall treat Eden Road so trucks from the operation .do <br />not create dust and so dust, dirt or mud is not tracked onto <br />Doolittle Drive or other streets in the City. . <br />C. The site shall be maintained in a neat weed free, litter free <br />condition at all times. <br />D. Any graffiti shall be promptly removed from building walls and <br />fences. <br />E. Prior to commencement of the cement and asphalt recycling operation <br />or any site preparation work necessary for the use, all wood waste, <br />equipment and other debris not a part of the proposed operation, <br />shall be removed. <br />GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />A. The applicant shall pursue with the City the use of reclaimed water <br />from the Waste Water Treatment Plan for dust control an the site and <br />on Eden Road. <br />B. The applicant shall conform to the pertinent provisions of the <br />Subdivision Map Act as determined by the City Engineer. <br />C. The applicant shall conform to any requirements of the San Leandro <br />'Fire Department for access to the site and required water supply, <br />details subject to approval of the Fire Department.. <br />D. This application shall be reviewed six months after commencement of <br />operation to determine if the noise level from the recycling <br />operation is at a level that is detrimental to other businesses in <br />the area and to review dust control from the operation and debris on <br />the site. <br />E. Trucks using Eden Road in connection with this recycling facility <br />shall not exceed five miles per hour. <br />F. The approval granted by the City as a result of this application, as <br />well as the Conditions of Approval, shall be recorded in -the office <br />of the County Recorder of Alameda County. <br />G. No application for amendment of the application or Conditions of <br />Approval may be submitted or accepted for processing by the City <br />unless (i)_ there is full compliance with all terms of the <br />application and Conditions of Approval; or (ii) ,the Development <br />Services Director waives compliance with the terms of the <br />application and Conditions of Approval pending application for <br />amendment. t. <br />A:\CU-43-14\CU43-14.ATC <br />Agreement to Conditions <br />CU-93-14 <br />i <br />October 7, 1993 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />
