Guss: <br />As you are aware. the City Council Granted a six.(() month extension to your Conditional Use <br />Permit (CU-93-1T) on October 21, 1996. In order to remain in compliance with this City <br />Council approval, you xill need to perform the following activities at the site prior to'November <br />30, 1996: <br />1) Submit a warranry and inspection deposit in the amount cf `5,000.00 in the form of a <br />check, money order, or cash. This deposit must be received by the City before any further <br />work is performed on the site or on Eden Road, and is required for the issuance of the <br />Grading Permit you applied for on October 18, 1996. <br />2) Maintain the followinz minimum clearances around the material stockpile(s): <br />a) 10 feet along the northerly, easterly; and southerly proper-Ly lines; and <br />b) 20 feet along the westerly property line. <br />These clearance areas must be maintained clear of all dirt; debris and weeds. <br />3) The mLximum height of the stockpile(s) shall not exceed 13 feet above the existing grade <br />at the entrance to the site from Eden Road. , <br />') Instill silt fence around the entire perimeter of the site.
