Batarse DDA <br />2 <br />iary 9, 2001 <br />approved a Five -Year Implementation Plan for the Joint Redevelopment Project Area that <br />encourages the acquisition and development of property along Marina Boulevard in support of <br />the Auto Center. <br />Previous Redvelopment Agency Action <br />On June 19, 2000, the Redevelopment Agency approved Resolutions of Necessity for the <br />acquisition of a portion of 635 Marina Boulevard and for 846, 872 and 936 Marina Boulevard <br />through eminent domain. In addition, the Agency approved a Memorandum of Understanding <br />(MOU) with the Batarse Family Trust for development of a portion of 635 Marina Boulevard <br />and 846-872, 936 Marina Boulevard with a Daewoo dealership.
